What if the products don't work for me?

We guarantee the effectiveness of our products. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with our products. In most cases you can send us the product back and we will refund you!

Why did I not receive a tracking code?

Our apologies if you have not received a tracking code from us. Please contact us at support@stringpickr.com if you did not receive a code 2 days after placing your order. 

Is it possible to pick up my order?

To keep our costs low, we do not have a physical store. Herefor it is not possible to pick up your order.
